The System

Trust is built — not assumed. Not hoped for. Built.

TrustFlow™ is a behavioral methodology that turns trust into a system of observable, measurable, and coachable behaviors. Built on the 12 Cs framework and a Three-Stage Model (NeuroTrust → Behaviorally Based Trust → TrustFlow State), it gives individuals and teams a precise vocabulary for trust that most organizations never had.

The TrustFlow Movement

More than a book.
A movement.

TrustFlow™ stands on five pillars that reinforce each other — research that earns belief, voices that carry it, stories that spread it, experiences that make it unforgettable, and a community that gives it a name.

The TrustFlow Promise
  • Become a Founding Voice
  • Leave a Legacy
  • Advance the Science of Trust
  • Help Shape the Future of Leadership

The Research

The Science of TrustFlow

Doctoral research, white papers, and the TrustFlow methodology — carried by the High Trust Life Profile™, the TrustFlow Index™, the Team TrustFlow Index™, and the Organizational TrustFlow Index™. The intellectual foundation of the movement.

“Why should people believe this?”

The Voices

The Founding Voices of TrustFlow™

Not simply authors. Not simply books. A carefully selected community of leaders — spanning executive leadership, behavioral science, healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, media, technology, military, faith, coaching, and human performance — who become the movement's first ambassadors.

“Who represents this movement?”

The Stories

The people become the story

Every Founding Voice contributes far more than a chapter: journal prompts, audiobook narration, a podcast interview, QR video, leadership lessons, trust stories, and speaking opportunities.

The movement never runs out of stories.

The Experiences

Where the movement becomes memorable

The Founding Voice journey: selected as a contributing author, featured on the High Trust Guy Podcast, coached for audiobook narration, recording in a professional studio, launch events, media features — then into the TrustFlow community, future conferences, and mentoring the next Founding Voices.

People don't just publish a chapter — they experience the movement.

The Community

Identity builds community

Eventually, people won't ask “Have you read the book?” They'll ask a different question entirely. That's identity. Identity builds community. Community builds movements.

“Are you one of the Founding Voices?”

Who It's For

TrustFlow works wherever people work together.

Whether you're leading a boardroom or a family dinner table, the 12 Cs are the same. The context changes. The framework doesn't.

Executives & Senior Leaders

Culture is set at the top and trust flows from it. TrustFlow gives executives a behavioral system for modeling trust-leadership — and the assessment tools to hold their teams accountable to it.

Families & Communities

Trust begins at home. TrustFlow's family programs and youth curriculum help parents, educators, and community leaders build trust as a daily practice — not a one-time conversation.

Jeff Morris served as a Marine Corps Reconnaissance Sniper — one of the highest-trust environments on earth. He learned early that trust isn't a value you post on a wall. It's a discipline you build under pressure, rep by rep, decision by decision.

Today Jeff is a five-time bestselling author, doctoral candidate in trust-based leadership development, and the intellectual architect of the TrustFlow methodology. He has coached Fortune 500 executives, NFL athletes, and families — all with the same conviction: trust is the most actionable variable in every high-performing system.

Most leadership programs treat trust as a soft skill or a cultural aspiration. TrustFlow™ treats it as a behavioral system — something you can measure, score, and improve with specific micro-behaviors. The 12 Cs framework gives you an operational vocabulary that most organizations never had. The result is trust you can actually track, not just talk about.
TrustFlow uses five diagnostic tools: the Behavioral SuperPowers® Assessment (BSP), the High Trust Life Profile™, the TrustFactor™ Profile, the TrustFlow Index (TFI), and the Team TrustFlow Index (TTFI). You don't need all five — most individuals start with the BSP and TrustFactor Profile. The right combination depends on your context: personal, team, or organizational. A coaching session with Jeff will clarify the right starting point.
No — you don't need to be a trust expert. You need a real story, a genuine perspective, and a willingness to share what you've learned. Current contributors include a former NFL player, a Fortune 500 CEO, a military veteran, and a behavioral scientist. What they share is a commitment to leading with trust — not a credential in it. Your experience is the qualification.
