Over more than two decades in podcasting and digital media, Rob has held leadership roles at Microsoft, Libsyn, Spreaker, and PodcastOne, connecting content creators with platforms, distribution, partnerships, and audiences through repeated waves of technological change. In 2004, he hosted the first commercial radio show to become a podcast.
Rob hosts the New Media Show, the long-running series he created with podcasting pioneer Todd Cochrane, exploring the changing relationship between podcasting, video, AI, creator platforms, audience trust, and media business models. He was inducted into the Podcast Hall of Fame in 2017 and now serves as its chairperson. He also hosts the Trust Creator Forum community at M3Linked.
Through Trust Factor Lab, Rob is developing practical approaches to building human authority through five connected layers: Foundation, Evidence, Expression, Amplification, and Relationships. As a Founding Voice in the TrustFlow movement, he is developing the book Build Trust. Create Outcomes. on how experience becomes proof, authority, and opportunity. His guiding principle: AI can extend human capability, but accountable human judgment stays at the center.
